Annie

I’m Annie 👋  born and raised in Austria but living in the UK! I have been a coach at Limitless for 3 years, but my own fitness journey started 10 years ago. I believe that one of my biggest strengths is empathy, which means I am able to put myself into your shoes and help find a strategy that works for you! 

I specialise in fat loss and help clients overcome binge eating. I believe that establishing a healthy relationship with food is paramount to long lasting results. I love to work with driven women who are willing to put work in!

Hi, I’m Aliaa! I started Limitless Coaching during lockdown when I could no longer train my clients in person at the gym. Fast forward a few years and alongside my amazing coaches, we have worked with over a thousand women all over the world! 

 

We’ve found that online coaching is far better for results compared to in-person training. We provide full nutrition support, custom workout plans, and even emotional support so that you have all your bases covered throughout your journey.

 

I had to overcome so many hurdles during my teenage years when it came to my health and body… And that’s why I’m on a mission to help women never have to go through what I did.

Hi, I’m Morgane, a 30-year-old woman with a passion for two things: the gym and plants! I’ve been a coach for over three years, but my love for fitness began more than eight years ago. 

I specialize in strength training and running. In the past, I struggled with eating disorders (binge eating), which has since become one of my areas of expertise. Establishing a healthy relationship with food is essential before embarking on any fitness journey. Hope to see you join our team soon!

Hi I’m Sarah, I’ve been working as a personal trainer & online coach for the past 5 years now & recently joined Limitless Coaching in January 2024!


During this time I’ve worked closely with many women helping them to achieve the body of their dreams but also improving their mindset!


I educate women on how they can still drop body fat but still enjoy their favourite chocolate bars :)


I’m passionate about creating a close bond with each & every single client I work with. I won’t just be your coach, I’ll also become your friend. I’ll never judge you, because I was in your position once upon a time! I pride myself on the level of accountability and support that I provide. You’ll have my full support & encouragement from day one of your journey.

I’m Molly, a passionate personal trainer from Australia with over eight years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialise in sports performance and strength and conditioning, leveraging my background as an AFL player to enhance my clients’ athletic abilities.

Hi, I’m Lizzie! My journey with health and fitness has been a rollercoaster. After struggling with yo-yo dieting for years, I started a baking business and put on a lot of weight that I couldn’t shake off. I realized I needed accountability and support, so I joined the Limitless programme, which was the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only did I get into incredible shape, I then pursued my qualifications and certifications to become a coach myself.

As a nutritionist & coach who specializes in vegan and vegetarian nutrition, I’m passionate about helping women achieve their goals, boost their confidence, and lead healthier lives. I love guiding my clients towards a positive relationship with food, so they can maintain their weight loss for good!

I used to be that person who desperately searched for the ‘quick fix.’ After consuming an overwhelming amount of information online and frustratingly getting nowhere, I decided to turn to coaching, which taught me that I could be in total control of my body if I invested time in understanding it. I like to think that my journey reflects a shift towards embracing the process and prioritising long-term balance and sustainability in my approach to health and fitness, which has inspired me to want to help others do the same. 

I believe that my adept stress management skills complement my focus on nutrition, and I pride myself on instilling confidence and self-assurance in others. I am always looking for ways to move my body outside of the gym as well, whether that be bouldering, boxing, or taking my cat for a walk in the corridor.

Hi, I’m Atlanta! I’ve been a fitness coach at Limitless for over a year now, and my own journey started when I realised that my mental health was being impacted by the way I was treating my body. I myself had worked with PTs years ago who put me on restrictive diets, and who had me doing crazy intense workouts. It was so unsustainable and I never stuck to it. Fast forward a few years now, Aliaa has mentored me and taught me how to help other women achieve the body of their dreams in a sustainable way. I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I did all those years… So here I am, on a mission to help women all over the world look and feel their absolute best.

Hey there! I’m Yomna, I’ve been into fitness for 5 years now and have been working as a coach for the past two. 

 

I joined forces with Aliaa and her team to be able to reach more women and help them improve their eating habits, get stronger, and feel confident in their own skin.

 

I can help you lose fat, get stronger and build muscle, no matter where you are in your journey. I specialise specifically in helping women who are extremely busy with work, kids, and family. I can help ease your stress, make fitness enjoyable, and make it a part of your lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Payal, an ACE certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, based in California! I found strength training over the pandemic after feeling very lost with my health and wellness during lockdowns. It completely changed my life, and now I am really passionate about helping other women discover what their bodies can do, love their bodies more, and develop strength and confidence inside and outside of the gym. I focus on a highly personalized, empathetic, and empowering approach!
